  • 5 thick-cut boneless pork chops
  • 1 envelope dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) butter, sliced
  • Fresh herbs, for topping (parsley or chives work well)

Step by Step Instructions

Cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup is added to the top of the pork chop mixture in crockpot.

Step 1: Place the pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and brown gravy mix evenly over the meat, then add the diced onion and minced garlic.

Step 2: Spoon the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups over the chops, spreading gently so they’re coated. Arrange the sliced butter on top to melt into the sauce as it cooks.
