Get ready for game day with our Game Day Taco Bar. Below are simple ideas for setting up a taco bar, including what to serve, topping suggestions, and easy dip recipes you can make ahead.

Game Day Taco Bar
Football season calls for easy, crowd-pleasing food. A Game Day Taco Bar is fast to assemble and feeds a hungry crowd, especially when you use Tyson® products. Invite friends for the big game and let a simple, flavorful taco spread do the entertaining for you.

Start with a few versatile Tyson favorites: Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken for crispy tacos, Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for a no-fuss grilled option, and Tyson Refrigerated Chicken Strips for fast, reliable protein. From there you can customize toppings and sauces to match your crowd’s tastes.

Tyson’s Grilled Chicken Breast Strips are made from 100% real, simple, all‑natural ingredients and come from chickens raised with no antibiotics ever. The strips are not breaded, so they’re lower in calories and fat while still delivering great grilled flavor—perfect for hearty, satisfying chicken tacos.

Crispy chicken tacos made with Tyson Any’tizers Popcorn Chicken deliver crunchy, protein-rich bites that pair beautifully with fresh toppings. Serve on warmed corn tortillas and add sweet corn guacamole, diced red onion, heirloom tomato slices, jalapeño rounds, and a drizzle of your favorite taco sauce for maximum flavor.

Everything comes together quickly: heat the Tyson chicken according to package directions while you prep a selection of fresh toppings—shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and lime wedges. I also like to offer three homemade sauces: Honey Jalapeño Buffalo, Chili‑Lime Ranch, and a Sweet Corn Guacamole. They’re simple to make and add big flavor to every bite.

Honey Jalapeño Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of your favorite buffalo sauce
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced (include seeds for extra heat)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Mexican‑style chili powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate when not in use. Keeps up to two weeks in the fridge.

Chili‑Lime Ranch Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of your favorite ranch dressing
- 2–3 green onion stalks, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili‑lime seasoning
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate until serving.

Sweet Corn Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2–3 ears of sweet corn, kernels removed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Heat a skillet over medium‑high, add the corn kernels and olive oil, and sauté until tender, about 5–6 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper and chill the corn in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine avocados, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mostly combined but still slightly chunky.
- Transfer to a bowl, fold in the diced red onion and chilled corn, and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately.

Pick up your favorite Tyson chicken products at your local grocery store. Plan your taco bar around a few main protein options and a variety of fresh toppings and sauces so guests can build tacos just the way they like them. It’s an easy, festive way to feed a crowd and enjoy the game together.

Get ready to celebrate with great food and good company—your Game Day Taco Bar will be the highlight of the watch party.
